Tasks
- Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently and securely.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement and oversee cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive company and customer information from breaches and cyber threats.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions and upgrades.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding and effective use of IT resources and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role within the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in network management cybersecurity and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems used in the apparel manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
