AllUnity is an e-money institution regulated by BaFin offering a reliable infrastructure for secure seamless and real-time euro transactions. About the Role:

As a Junior Partnership Development Manager you will play a key role in driving business growth supporting client success and expanding our presence in the digital finance space. Working closely with senior leadership you will assist in onboarding institutional clients nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Youll act as a first point of contact for client inquiries helping to resolve issues promptly and professionally while gathering feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Tasks

  • Assist in the onboarding and support of institutional and Corporate clients ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with senior sales marketing product and legal teams to align on growth initiatives.
  • Monitor the market and gather competitive intelligence to identify opportunities.
  • Represent the company in client meetings events and industry conferences.
  • Support preparation of client materials presentations and progress reports.
  • Be the first point of contact for client queries ensuring timely and professional responses.

Requirements

  • Experience: 13 years in business development sales customer success investement banking or a similar client-facing role.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of Web3investement banking and fintech is a strong advantage. A genuine interest in digital finance is a must.

  • Skills:

           Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.       Understanding of financial modeling and crypto trading        A proactive and organized approach to work.       Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German

  • Travel : Willingness to travel
