Job Description
Location: Northfield IL (Hybrid - Remote Travel)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Implementation Partner: Infosys
End Client: To be disclosed
JD:
- At least 10 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/ Design / Detailing of Dynamics ERP Business Processes
- At least 6 years of D365FO experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- Contribute to and maintain system standards as well as maintain consistent installation and configuration procedures
- Hand-on Knowledge on Ax D365 Technical processes including integrations and interface knowledge
- Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
- Oversee incident management and service requests to ensure timely and efficient support delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand support requirements and ensure alignment with SLAs and business goals
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot optimize and enhance D365 FO performance
- Identify and mitigate risks in support operations ensuring quick resolution of critical issues
- Monitor support performance metrics analyze trends and implement strategies for operational excellence
- Stay updated with the latest D365 FO Service updates enhancements and industry best practices to enhance support efficiency
- Provide leadership mentorship and direction to the support team ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals
