Summary:
As an Application Designer you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in shaping the functionality and usability of applications to enhance business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the design and development of application features
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress
- Review and optimize application design and functionality
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday payroll Mandatory to have Workday Primary skill Related certification
- Strong understanding of application payroll functionality
- Experience in designing and implementing security protocols
- Knowledge of role-based access control
- Familiarity with data encryption techniques
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Payroll
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
