Job Description
Planning and execution of maintenance activities.
Utility Log sheet monitoring.
Co- ordination with all departments pertaining to maintenance activity.
Review utility consumption report on daily / monthly basis.
Preventive maintenance of all the equipment monitoring.
Ensure calibration of instruments as per the plan and test certificates.
Approve the Indent of spare accessories.
Monitoring of maintenance as per schedule & at urgency without hampering on quality & production of product.
To approve engineering documents/ purchase requisition for the department.
To control the maintenance expenses.
To ensure smooth functioning of water system HVAC ETP Utility & implementation of it.
To ensure AHU validations as per plan.
Authorized to approve maintenance jobs to contractors in consultation with General Manager-P&A.
