Client Meetups & Closures: Conduct 25 meaningful meetings per month-physical or virtual-with top-end investors and fund decision-makers. Take full ownership from interest to investment.
Portfolio Building & Cross-Selling: Help investors diversify across MicroMittis curated offerings: fractional units SIP-based land models institutional-grade real estate portfolios and direct participation in development-linked assets.
CRM & Compliance Discipline: Keep all interactions documents and pipeline status updated in CRM. Ensure full alignment with legal and compliance processes for fund flow and onboarding.
Feedback Loop & Market Intelligence: Provide investor feedback to leadership and contribute to refining investment products and messaging.
