Job Description

We are recruiting for aPolicy and Legal Drafting Specialistrole. The incumbent will be responsible for providing specialized legal and policy drafting expertise to support the organisations reform and digital transformation agenda.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Research draft and review policies legislation and legal documents.
  • Advise on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work with stakeholders to align policies with organisational and digital transformation goals.
  • Provide legal input into project governance and contractual arrangements.
  • Review and draft legal agreements with service providers and partners.
Minimum Qualification:
  • NQF Level 8 legal qualification (e.g. LLB or equivalent).
Experience & Competencies:
  • 8 years experience in legal drafting and policy development.
  • Strong legislative and regulatory interpretation skills.
  • Experience working in government or public administration legal frameworks.
