Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities
Lead manage and coordinate all phases of multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Collaborate with and mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
Partner with Field Operations Managers and the General Superintendent to ensure company protocols quality safety and schedules are met.
Oversee monthly pay requests and schedule of values to ensure accuracy.
Track project costs ensuring correct coding and alignment with budgeted cost codes.
Conduct job cost analyses and provide insights for financial control.
Communicate with senior leadership to establish strategic programs and project goals.
Create and manage project budgets and expenses.
Monitor project performance in areas such as schedule quality safety labor costs budget and customer satisfaction.
Work with the Pre-Construction Department to help secure projects.
Manage project turnover from the Estimating Department to Project Management during preconstruction.
Coach mentor and develop team members fostering professional growth and alignment with company goals.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Serve as the primary liaison for resolving significant project-related issues with customers.
