We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy LMS Administrator to join our Clinical Technologies this role youll ensure our Learning Management System (LMS) effectively supports training compliance and professional development across the organization.
Position Overview
The LMS Administrator will oversee the configuration maintenance and optimization of our LMS tailoring it to meet organizational learning initiatives. Youll manage courses certifications and learning paths; generate data-driven insights; troubleshoot technical issues; and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the learning experience.
Work Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Configure courses user roles permissions and learning paths within the LMS.
Generate and analyze learning reports to inform training strategies.
Manage certifications track compliance and issue completion certificates.
Collaborate with department leaders and Quality Management to meet training requirements.
Maintain system performance apply updates and troubleshoot technical issues.
Manage integrations with other platforms to ensure smooth data flow.
Provide advanced user support and maintain process documentation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Education or related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role; familiarity with learning/content management systems.
Skills:
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of instructional design principles preferred
Familiarity with e-learning technologies and trends
