This position will directly support the Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) program portfolio to include the Boeing Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC-3) Seeker recently voted the coolest thing made in Alabama for 2025. Supported programs encompass concurrent design test and manufacturing engineering techniques as new upgrades to complex electro-mechanical assemblies are incorporated into production. This long-term program is rapidly growing in Huntsville due to design updates production growth and Boeing facilities investments.

Boeing Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) is looking for an Entry-level MP&P Technical Analyst based out of Huntsville AL

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs inspections of circuit cards to ensure that all technical requirements are met using a variety of tools and methods primarily optical instruments like microscopy.
• Evaluates parts materials processes technology or equipment through research and testing to ensure safety reliability and adherence to requirements and specifications.
• Analyzes failed parts and processes to reduce or eliminate future failures
• Participate in groups focused on test plan creation can identify and categorize failures assist in determining root cause and documenting results and recommendations via data and report generation.
• Communicates proposals intended to develop and validate revisions to procedures and specifications
• Aid in determining suitability of parts materials and processes
• Supports continuous improvement of products and processes by designing developing fabricating testing evaluating and implementing new concepts and technology
• Provides knowledge and technical consultation to internal and external customers

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location above.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience with failure analysis (performing or review)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):

• Associate Degree or apprenticeship in electrical or circuit card manufacturing
• Experience working in a laboratory environment
• Experience leading analytics research testing and optimization efforts
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Typical Education/Experience:(Level 1)

Level 1: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 2 years related work experience).
