SERVPRO is a leader in property restoration after water fire and storm damage. We respond 24/7 to help homes and businesses recover quickly and professionally.
Were looking for an experienced Lead Water Damage Technician to manage on-site restoration projects. Youll lead a team assess water damage operate drying equipment and ensure jobs follow IICRC standards. This is a hands-on role that requires physical work leadership skills and excellent customer communication.
- Lead water damage restoration crews
- Perform structural drying assessments (IICRC standards)
- Operate and maintain drying equipment (air movers dehumidifiers etc.)
- Demolish wet matierials (drywall flooring cabinet etc)
- Communicate with property owners and insurance reps
- Participate in 24/7 rotating on-call schedule
- 2 years in a lead water damage role
- IICRC certification (preferred)
- Valid Canadian drivers license & clean record
- Physically fit (lifting bending kneeling required)
- Organized dependable strong communicator
