The Supervisor of Patient Care Services manages departmental operations ensuring efficient healthcare delivery for patients and providers.

Job Description

Provides education training and research and clinical support services for clinical or business team members and other department personnel. Performs essential activities to achieve quality standards and as required by safety protocols or accreditation standards. Assumes a leadership role in staff development and serves as subject matter expert in areas of expertise linking staff training education and development to strategic imperatives. Demonstrates clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards and to coach or teach others specific to the designated specialty. Works collaboratively as a team leader with facility/division leaders physicians other department personnel and community healthcare providers to achieve high quality and high satisfaction healthcare outcomes for patients. Licensed professionals are required to keep their license current in the state of practice.

Certification/Licensure

Experience

• 3 years healthcare/clinical experience REQUIRED

• Cardiac/Anesthesia/CVOR Experience PREFERRED
