Job Description
The Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is a 1-year position with the possibility of transitioning into another role within DGDG at the end of the term.
Mobility is changing the way cars are shopped sold and servicedand DGDG is leading the way. Whether its Electric Vehicles Hybrids or traditional models we combine a tech-savvy team with award-winning technology platforms to deliver a world-class guest experience.
What Youll Do
- Partner closely with the CEO on upcoming projects and initiatives
- Keep the CEOs calendar and travel plans running smoothly and coordinate with leaders across the organization
- Lend a hand with personal assistant tasksfrom scheduling and errands to day-to-day needs that keep things on track
- Assist with the planning of events from internal meetings to big company celebrations
- General office management including customer service and supporting senior leaders
- Jump in on other administrative or operational tasks when needed
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant role
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Super organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Positive energy proactive mindset and the ability to stay one step ahead
- Dependable professional and trustworthy
- Comfortable handling both work-related and personal matters with discretion

Salary:$70000-$100000/annually
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
