This Position reports to:
IS Service Owner for App and Dev CoEIn this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: # Li-hybrid/remote
- Provide day-to-day technical support to DevOps teams diagnosing and resolving platform issues.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tool integrations to streamline platform workflows.
- Document best practices runbooks and operate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate on proof-of-concepts for new platform components and tooling enhancements.

Qualifications for the Role
- Strong hands-on experience (3 years) with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins GitLab CI or GitHub Actions).
- Proficient in scripting and automation (Python Bash or PowerShell).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and AI (AWS Azure or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform CloudFormation).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana ELK).
- Effective communicator and trainer passionate about documentation and knowledge transfer.
