This Position reports to:
Research Department Manager
At Corporate Technology Center in Krakw we create innovative solutions implemented in ABB products and systems. It is a unique opportunity for you to join interdisciplinary scientific teams and international projects where expertise curiosity and innovation are valued.
As a Test Automation Engineer Intern you will contribute to the quality of Smart Buildings software products thorough testing of the solutions modules and functions produced by the software development teams.
Tasks:
- Planning and development of automated tests in Python
- Development of test framework and platform
- Code maintenance and documentation
- Execution of manual tests (limited focus on test automation)
Requirements
- Student of 3rd or 4th year
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of Linux on user level
- Knowledge of GIT
- Good written and spoken English
- Minimum availability 20h/week
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of and Selenium
- Knowledge of Linux for embedded systems
- Knowledge of Docker and Continuous Integration
- Knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus TCP/RTU LTE LoRa WiFi
- SEP 1kV
