Job Description

Senior or Lead Staff Analyst (Dept Admin Coordination)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering Test & Technology Division has an exciting opportunity for a Senior (Level 4) or Lead (Level 5) Staff Analyst (Dept Admin Coordination) in Everett WA.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Leads the development planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives.
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations
    Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g. budget information workforce levels training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Develops executive level briefings. Leads the design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Leads Staff Meetings and Review Boards.
  • Develops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts suppliers partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Level 4: 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • Level 5: 15 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • 8 years of demonstrated communication skills communicating to peers leadership stakeholders and customers.
  • 8 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 8 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • 8 years experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or Higher an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience building positive relationships collaborating effectively and communicating clearly
  • Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.
  • Experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management Performance Metrics Customer Communications Requirements Management Supplier Management and/or Earned Value Management Executive Support and Preparation.

  • Lead (Level 5): $121550 - $164450
