At Witherslack Group our in-house IT systems play a vital role in supporting the care and education we provide to children as well as delivering key business information across the organisation. Were looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for colleagues who need help with IT systems and services.
In this role youll provide friendly and professional support to users across the group logging and managing IT tickets assisting in resolving issues and liaising with both internal teams and third-party suppliers. Whether responding to queries by phone email or our support desk youll play a key role in maintaining our IT services and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Some travel between sites may be required so flexibility and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
