The KCADP Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of KCADP a program established in 2022 by the King County Council to serve income-eligible residents who are not eligible for Medicaid. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of equitable dental services across the county.

The Access & Outreach team ensures that all King County residents have access to public benefits remove the barriers to access services enroll residents into health insurance and other programs creates and develop partnerships throughout King County.

Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and some Saturdays due to our mobile dental clinics. There is flexibility in setting an individuals schedule. This is a Non-Exempt position and is subject to the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is overtime eligible.
Work Location
This is a hybrid position with both in office and remote work opportunities. The primary location for this position will be based at Federal Way Storefront located at 1640 S. 318th Pl Federal Way WA 98003.
Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
Teleworking:
Some of the work associated with this position will be performed through teleworking and will report to office location and to meetings as needed. Travel to other work locations may be necessary. Employees will have access to shared workspaces at various King County facilities. Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
Employees will be provided with a County issued laptop and must maintain a workspace with an internet connection where they can reliably perform work and remain available and responsive during scheduled work hours. To support employees during this time King County has a robust collection of tools and resources to support working remotely.
