Job Title: Part time Recruiting & HR Project Coordinator
Report To : Director of HR
Location: Denver (hybrid mix of in-office and remote)
Employment Type: Part Time Flexible hours (up to 25 hours / week)
Compensation: $25 per hour $40 cell phone stipend
Job Summary:
The Recruiting & HR Project Coordinator will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Colorado Village Collaborative (CVC) by supporting the Director of HR with day-to-day administrative tasks critical in CVCs recruiting onboarding and HR project management. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities such as job postings conducting phone screening interviews running background checks answering emails in a timely manner etc. This role will support the HR department ensuring that administrative HR functions enhance their ability to fulfill CVCs mission.

Qualifications:
2 years of experience in recruiting onboarding or HR project support
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Comfortable working independently and across teams
Passion for mission- driven work and equity in hiring.
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace.
Paylocity work experience is a plus
