What this job involves:

As a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL youll take responsibility for the overall management of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) as a business function for a city or cluster of sites delivering key initiatives while ensuring consistency in IFM processes and service delivery. This leadership role requires you to establish and nurture working relationships with key stakeholders including functional leads and city/cluster leads within both JLL and client organizations. Youll provide strategic leadership to JLL account-based IFM management and service delivery teams while collaborating with GREF leadership to establish delivery strategies focused on continuous improvement and best-in-class service excellence. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on client satisfaction by operating as a business manager responsible for budget management target achievement and implementation of raising the bar initiatives that enhance customer experience. By joining our collaborative team youll contribute directly to JLLs mission of delivering transformative solutions while leading large teams in a dynamic results-oriented environment that demands strategic thinking and exceptional relationship management skills.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for IFM business function in the city/cluster of sites while providing leadership to JLL account-based IFM management and service delivery teams
  • Collaborate with GREF leadership team to establish delivery strategies for IFM function focusing on continuous improvement staying ahead of industry trends and maintaining best-in-class standards
  • Establish and monitor annual goals for IFM function aligning with client GREF global regional and local objectives while driving teams to achieve performance targets
  • Develop and maintain detailed understanding of client business requirements and key factors influencing IFM function needs ensuring alignment with client Leadership Principles
  • Manage relationships with all key GREF stakeholders and function leads for both client and JLL organizations to ensure efficient delivery of IFM services
  • Lead implementation of raising the bar initiatives to continuously improve overall customer experience through IFM function customer touchpoints
  • Conduct regular business reviews with GREF leadership while managing overall operational and capital budgets for IFM function across assigned sites.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or Masters in Business Management from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a corporate environment with proven ability to function effectively as a business leader
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems using an objective approach
  • Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage large teams and drive performance
  • Strong collaboration abilities across multiple stakeholders with exceptional interpersonal skills for building and nurturing relationships
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to adapt and perform under pressure while meeting business targets and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure and experience dealing with multinational corporate organizations
  • Experience managing business P&L and financial accountability for large operations
  • Background in Integrated Facility Management or related service delivery functions
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and change management programs
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and benchmarking methodologies
  • Understanding of GREF (Global Real Estate and Facilities) operations and requirements
  • Experience with budget management for both operational and capital expenditures.
