Warehouse Operative
Location: Telford Way Industrial Estate Kettering
Job Type: Full-Time temporary-permanent
About the Role:
ACS Staffing Solutions are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client in the Telford Way area of Kettering. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock replenishment and rotation
- General warehouse maintenance and keeping the work area clean and tidy
- Scanning and processing stock using handheld scanners or warehouse systems
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock audits
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential full training provided
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and good timekeeping
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
