Analyze fashion and design trends to recommend collaborations that expand audience reach
Plan seasonal assortments pricing strategies and inventory levels to drive revenue and fan engagement
Source and evaluate global merchandise partners; present options and negotiate financial agreements with vendors and client procurement
Brand Integration & Storytelling
Collaborate with engineers and engine designers to ensure merchandise reflects clients Racings legacy and current achievements
Use merchandise as a storytelling platform to deepen brand loyalty among fans collectors and motorsport enthusiasts
Align merchandise with marketing efforts ensuring consistency in brand voice tone and guidelines across internal and external campaigns
Revenue & Performance Management
Partner with the General Manager to define annual inventory cost and sales plans

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
57 years of experience in apparel merchandising ideally within motorsports or a lifestyle brand
Proven success in product assortment planning line management and revenue growth across multiple channels
Strong blend of financial acumen creative merchandising trend forecasting and brand storytelling
Experience collaborating across design manufacturing and marketing functions
