The Opportunity
Do you want to lead meaningful change and empower people through transformation Step into a pivotal role where your expertise in change management and communications will directly influence the future of graduate research at one of Australias leading universities.
As theChange Communications and Engagement Specialist youll be at the heart of theStudent Management System Transformation (SMST)program guiding stakeholders through innovation and evolution. Youll collaborate with highly experienced leaders and dynamic cross-functional teams to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies that will enhance the graduate research experience.
What Youll Do:
- Craft and deliver strategic communication and engagement plans that resonate.
- Assess change readiness and impacts and develop tailored training solutions.
- Build strong partnerships across the University to foster support and ownership.
- Identify risks manage dependencies and ensure seamless delivery of change initiatives.
- Be the trusted adviser and liaison between project teams leadership and stakeholders.

- Proven success in high-level change management within complex environments.
- Exceptional communication planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A deep understanding of the graduate research landscape.
