Job Summary
This Campus Visit Coordinator ( CVC ) will be the key point of onsite contact providing strong customer service touchpoints for the University of Portland Office of Admissions by engaging with prospective students and parents from the first point of contact through all future campus visit opportunities. This CVC will oversee and enhance the campus visit experience for all guests with a focus on prospective undergraduates and will serve as a key liaison with campus departments such as University Events Athletics ROTC Faculty and Academic Offices to collaborate on joint initiatives for prospective students and guests. This position will work in collaboration with Admissions Counselors and under the direction and supervision of the Dean of Admissions and provide support to the Enrollment Management Division by managing short-term strategic goals to meet the requests of the Office of Admissions and Office of Financial Aid.
