Job Description
JuniorRecruiter position in Riverside California.
We are hiring for a full-time recruiter position in our Riverside office. This is a permanent position with an extensive salary and benefits package. We are a small growing company and are constantly trying to improve our process and deliverable.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction in every phase of recruiting.
- Present the very best candidates that fit our clients needs.
- Post jobs email searching for and qualifying candidates and making prescreening calls.
- Understanding of job requirements. Also have the ability to thrive in a growing quickly changing fast-paced working environment.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable work history.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- 2 years of experience in recruiting.
- Software knowledge in Microsoft Office among other CRM preferred.
