Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages including pediatrics adolescents adults and geriatrics.
- Manage chronic illnesses injuries and acute care cases.
- Perform routine exams cancer screenings immunizations and lifestyle counseling.
- Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
- Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage.
- Be supported by hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance.
- Optionally participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students.
- Opportunity for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles.
- Flexible schedule options are available; preference for candidates open to a full-time outpatient setting with shared call rotation.
- Commitment to the practice for long-term opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
- Active New York License (or willingness to obtain).
- At least 1 year of experience in primary care.
- Clean malpractice and licensing history.
- No lapsed Board Certifications allowed.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
- Active New York Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
- ACLS certification preferred.
