Job Description
Now hiring Metal Welders for a manufacturing company in Akron for 1st and 2nd shifts.
1st shift: 6am 2:30pm
2nd shift: 12pm 8:30pm
Weekly pay at $15 per hour.
The Metal Welder is responsible for welding and fabricating metal components and structures.
Job Duties:
- Weld metal parts according to blueprint specifications.
- Perform MIG Stick welding on a variety of components.
- Set-up and operate welding equipment.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and hand tools to confirm welds.
- Any other duty requested by a supervisor.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with fiberglass.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Previous Welding experience.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and tape measures.
