Job Description
We are a large growing HVAC contractor in Louisiana that works on many of Louisianas biggest and best HVAC projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Louisianas best and brightest Sheet Metal Estimators in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings.
- Creating job folders.
- Identify reviews and resolve issues.
- Manage generate develop review cost analysis and logging: Take-offs bids pricing material equipment documents plans and labor.
- Work closely with and coordinate with Owners Project Managers Spoolers Foreman Architects Engineers Design Consultants Field Personnel Estimators and Vendors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable work history.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 5 years of experience as Sheet Metal Estimator.
- Prior hands-on field experience in HVAC ductwork/Sheet Metal experience.
- Strong knowledge in Quickpen/Accubid BlueBeam and Microsoft Excel. and ability to read and interpret documents (Take-offs blueprints estimating techniques safety rules etc).
