Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive admissions growth through client acquisition strategic marketing and relationship building. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective parents feeder schools corporates and community organizations while enhancing the schools brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify connect with and convert prospective clients via networking corporate tie-ups and community engagement.
- Manage client mapping lead generation and CRM follow-ups to achieve enrolment targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) aligned with admissions goals.
- Create engaging content for social media brochures and event promotions.
- Support the admissions process through tours open houses and parent engagement.
- Track competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing/Business or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings events and partnership development.
- Experience in education/marketing preferred.
