As a Senior Manager on the Experience & Engagement (XE) Insights & Analytics team youll support and grow a talented team of data scientists working to enhance the user experience and drive meaningful business outcomes across the Home ecosystema suite of web and desktop surfaces that reaches 15 million monthly active users.

What Youll Do

• Manage and nurture a team of 46 Data Scientists encouraging a collaborative and high-performing culture.

• Collaborate with teams across geographies to align on priorities influence roadmaps and drive data-informed decisions.

• Oversee analytics efforts across both product and growth initiatives ensuring insights lead to improved user experiences and measurable business outcomes.

• Guide your team in solving complex business problems through rigorous analysis experimentation and storytellingwhile contributing hands-on when needed.

• Represent your teams work to senior leadership clearly communicating insights and strategic recommendations.

• Ensure outstanding analytics results through code reviews standard methodologies and scalable data solutions.

• Support team development through coaching mentoring and access to technical and soft skills training.

What You Need to Succeed

• Advanced degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics or a related fieldor equivalent experience.

• 7 years in data science or a related field with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Solid foundation in experimental design and statistical analysis including A/B testing and causal inference.

• Hands-on experience working with large-scale data and platforms such as Databricks Spark or Hadoop.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL with familiarity in building and maintaining data pipelines.

• Demonstrable ability to translate complex data into clear insights and influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions in fast-paced multi-functional environments.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
