ONYX Automotive is on the lookout for a vibrant enthusiastic Director of First Impressions to join our team!
As the face of the dealership youll be the first person our Guests meetand the one who sets the tone for their entire visit. If you thrive on making people feel welcome love being the heartbeat of a fast-paced environment and bring a bubbly friendly energy to everything you do this is your moment to shine!
- Maintain ALL Customer areas according to most recently updated Director of First Impressions Host & Receptionist Hospitality Checklist.
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely courteous manner and accurately direct all incoming lines to the proper person.
- Establish and maintain a friendly professional relationship with Customers and Associates.
The Schedule:
Monday - Friday either 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm
What you bring to the table:
- Experience answering and transferring from a multi-line phone.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of Guests or Associates of ONYX Automotive.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical skills at a high school level.
- The Associate frequently is required to stand walk and reach with hands and arms.
- The Associate is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
- The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
- The ability to access input and retrieve information from computer.
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Perform bending pushing climbing leaning twisting reaching kneeling crouching and other maneuvers associated with the position.
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Desire to grow learn and advance within the company.
