Recommend maintain and provide feedback related to human resource databases computer software systems and manual filing systems.
Serve as HCM representative on various committees.
Interface with departments regarding technology access and other pertinent items.
Develop maintain and provide quality control of various HR databases including Oracle HRIS job verification and Separated Employee File archive databases.
Acts as point person on special projects as assigned.
Keep abreast of technical and professional developments affecting assigned responsibilities.
