$85000 $100000 (Base Commissions)
- Perform detailed exterior restoration estimates using Xactimate (Simbility knowledge a plus).
- Assess damage to roofing siding gutters windows and other exterior elements.
- Prepare accurate and competitive bids for residential and commercial restoration projects.
- Collaborate with project managers insurance representatives and subcontractors to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and stay current with industry pricing trends.
- 35 years of construction estimating experience (restoration or insurance repair preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Xactimate; Simbility proficiency a plus.
- Solid understanding of exterior building materials codes and repair methods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented deadline-driven and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Competitive compensation: $85000 $100000 per year (Base Commissions).
