Description
The Sales Team Architect is responsible for owning and optimizing VELOXs full sales process from top-of-funnel through close. This role will directly manage the Account Executive (AE) sales process and pipeline oversee the Sales Operations Manager SDR Team Lead and SDR team and ensure all sales efforts are aligned to revenue targets. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with operational excellence building a predictable and scalable sales engine.
Responsibilities
Manage the Account Executive sales process pipeline stages and closing strategies to maximize win rates and deal velocity.
Directly manage and mentor the Sales Operations Manager SDR Team Lead and SDR team.
Build document and refine sales processes playbooks and outreach cadences for AEs and SDRs.
Define and track KPIs for each stage of the sales funnel ensuring accountability and high performance.
Partner with Marketing to ensure lead quality messaging alignment and smooth handoffs.
Oversee CRM management and sales technology stack to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Lead regular sales pipeline reviews and forecast meetings with leadership.
Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales process while implementing best practices across the team.
Qualifications
7 years of experience in sales leadership sales operations or sales enablement preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record managing sales teams including AEs SDRs and sales operations functions.
Deep understanding of sales pipeline management forecasting and KPI tracking.
Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with sales automation tools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies quickly.
Excellent leadership coaching and communication skills.
Bonus
Experience in digital marketing SaaS or performance-based services.
Familiarity with AI driven sales technologies and process automation.
