Position Overview:
The Pediatric Unit APP will support the pediatric physician in providing daily care and assessments for pediatric residents.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- NP: Masters in Nursing (or)
- PA: Accredited PA Program
- Licensure:
- Active NYS NP or PA License
- Pediatrics Certification (preferred)
- Technical Skills: Complex care coordination
- Soft Skills: Family-centered communication interdisciplinary collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pediatric physical assessments.
- Monitor developmental milestones and health status.
- Collaborate with pediatric physicians on treatment plans.
