Location: Life Balance Chiropractic Poole (dont contact our clinic)
Salary: Up to 35K OTE 41K
Hours: 40/week (MonFri 1 Sat/month with shift cover as needed. 8-5 pm core hours) but will be required to cover when required am 07.30 -12.30 or 1.30 -7.45 pm

Lead & Manage People Build coach and align a 12 person team around our values and scorecards. Hire A-players develop talent and foster a high-performing values-driven culture. Ensure everyone is in the right seat supported to grow and held accountable through clear expectations and coaching. Oversee HR functions including recruitment onboarding and performance management.
Run the Business & Drive Growth Own day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflows. Track and report on KPIs and clinical statistics manage scheduling and deliver P&L budgeting and forecasting results. Keep the clinic efficient profitable and growing through smart data-driven decisions.
Integrate the Functions Align marketing sales operations and finance into one system. Run effective meetings manage scorecards and reporting and oversee IT and quality management systems. Resolve cross-department issues expand capacity when needed and keep all functions moving together.
Delight Team & Clients Create an environment where people feel cared for seen and supported. Lead a team that delivers compassionate consistent and world-class experiences making every visit simple personal and memorable. Anticipate needs remove friction and add the human touches that turn great service into lasting loyalty. Cover for team members and handle enquiries when needed to ensure seamless service.
Remove Obstacles Spot problems early clear barriers and bring clarity and alignment across the business. From 1:1s and surveys to onboarding and recognition ensure culture processes and systems fuel momentum and accountability.
Execute & Drive Accountability Turn vision into clear priorities manage projects to completion and keep the leadership team on the same page. Create consistency prioritisation and healthy tension so results get delivered.
Lead Special Projects Own key initiatives that grow the business and strengthen the team from community outreach and marketing events to refining onboarding and running engagement initiatives. Identify constraints resource solutions and deliver results.
Youre not just a manager. Youre a leader. For 5 years youve led teams of 1249 people and know how to get results through others. You coach support and hold people accountable building teams that love what they do and perform at a high level.

Youre sharp with numbers and operations confident reading KPIs budgets and P&Ls spot issues early and make smart data-driven decisions. Youre also tech and IT savvy fluent in English and quick to learn new systems and streamline and improve processes.

You speak with honesty kindness and clarity; you are comfortable giving feedback and saying no when needed. Youre resourceful resilient and solutions-driven.
