Theres a Business Analyst opportunity to join our Data Management & Transformation team to help the business drive efficiency and insight through data. The team works across the business to help promote best practice with data and to assist teams in data management challenges either through improving data quality or through providing tools to help to manage or visualise data.

As the Business Analyst you will help to identify improvement opportunities in the business manage the stakeholder to developer interfaces and to drive organisational engagement with the team. The team is demonstrating the value of data for resolving some of the organisations long standing challenges and in doing so is enabling Rolls-Royce to be a brilliant partner to the Ministry of Defence and the Royal Navy.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office home or another remote location. Its a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. What you will be doing:
You will be supporting the deployment of new data management policies and tools across the business helping to promote a positive data culture throughout the organisation.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets we can only progress applications from individualswho are a UK national or in MoD approved cases a dual national.
