THE POSITION:
Events East Group is now inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative with our Scotiabank Centre Box Office team.
Reporting to the Box Office Manager the Box Office Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling ticket sales for events at Scotiabank Centre ensuring a seamless transaction process for all patrons. This role also involves delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries resolving issues and providing accurate information about events seating options and venue policies. Flexibility is essential as shift scheduling is based on events and operational needs with most shifts scheduled during evenings and weekends.
As the first point of contact for patrons the Box Office plays a critical role in shaping their overall experience. The interactions between our representatives and guests leave a lasting impression making it essential for our team to consistently provide professional courteous and efficient service. By offering top-notch assistance the Box Office representative helps create a positive and welcoming environment contributing to the success of each event and ensuring the satisfaction of our patrons.

Demonstrated ability to use computer systems and mobile devices proficiently.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
