Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work both in the field as well as in the office. Must be energetic self-motivated able to work alone as well as work with as a team. This position will focus on mostly the recruitment of new filed staff as well as providing daily schedules and scheduling of clients routinely. This position mostly will be office work and the field work will only be when needed.

Weekly Hours: Monday - Fridaywith some after office hours on-call:
Note of Importance: individual may be required to fill-in shifts only when needed this is mandatory as part of the job description.
This position will require individuals to learn and understand our companys digitalsoftware and other aspects of the daily operations. This position will have the ability forgrowth within the company and for the individuals to build the programs into a vital part of BrightStar Care. The individuals for this position will be able to work with and mentorother healthcare professionals.
Key Roles for position: Computer efficient with Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word. Able to learn & master BrightStars software system. Excellent Communication skills. Able to problem solve. Able to recruit interview and hire for programs. Able to schedule medical staff for Home Care visits. Ability to complete general clerical duties timely.
