Job Summary
The Admission Coordinator collaborates with Clinical Liaisons manages waitlist fields questions and completes preadmission paperwork and requirements.
Reports to: Director of Business Development
FLSA: Exempt
Job Requirements
Minimum Education: HS Diploma or GED
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external
Essential Functions:
- Data input for billing
- Manage referral platform for intake of acute rehab referrals
- Complete tours with family members for potential patients
- Verify insurance benefits
