Overview
As a Resource Executive Job in Cape Town youll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others in the area. Youll work in various healthcare and social care settings across the UK as a Medicare People Resource Executive providing essential support to individuals who need assistance with their daily living activities due to a range of factors including age illness disability.
Job Title: Resource Executive
Location: Cape Town (Work from Home)
Salary: R5000 per month (approx. 225 per month)
Contract Type: Full-time Permanent (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally communicate with candidates via phone email and other platforms to gather required information and documentation.
Organize and maintain candidate information and documents ensuring everything is up to date.
Send and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the recruitment process by liaising with candidates and collecting necessary medical certifications and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Experience:
Computer literate with knowledge of basic office software (e.g. MS Office).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak professionally to candidates.
Able to manage and organize candidate documentation and information effectively.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Previous experience in recruitment or administration is a plus but not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work from home without distractions.
