Job Description

Voss Honda is hiring a Full-time parts counterperson.


Voss Honda offers:

Voss Honda has a busy parts department and we need your help to continue to grow and offer exceptional customer service.


This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. Once you are trained you will be scheduled to work Saturdays.

As a parts counter person you will be the primary contact between the parts department and the service department for the sale of parts and accessories.

You will have direct customer contact at the parts counter during a service appointment and on the phone.

You will work daily with suppliers and your team to ensure that we have the parts and tools we need for the day week and month.

You will do daily cashing out for customers and follow up on any outstanding issues or parts.

You will ensure that all records for repair orders insurance estimates and special orders are kept in an orderly manner and are followed up on daily.

We consistently do training for our employees to ensure that they stay current on all the in-house and manufacturers standards.
