About Seven Starling
Seven Starling is a leading virtual provider of womens behavioral health services supporting every stage of motherhood. Seven Starlings holistic clinical model combines specialized therapy peer support and medication management to effectively treat common perinatal mood disorders like postpartum depression and anxiety with 94% of patients seeing a clinically significant improvement in their symptoms after completing the program. Seven Starling partners with OBGYN clinics across the country and leading health plans including UnitedHealthCare Cigna Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna to make care easily accessible and affordable.
Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starlings clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.
Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in maternal mental health. What youll do
- As a Seven Starling Therapist youll provide compassionate evidence-based care through teletherapy for clients navigating the perinatal journey. This is a parttime salaried position expected to average approximately 25-27 hours per week with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.
- Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments). 24 client appointments per week
- Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
- Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT ACT IPT attachment-based approaches)
- Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
- Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
- Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests
Who you are
- Independently licensed in California (e.g. LCSW LMFT LPC LPCC Psychologist)
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferably in perinatal or womens mental health
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms EHRs and telehealth best practices
- Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning

Please note: Compensation for this role is set according to the market rates based on where the employee resides. Salary ranges will be provided to candidates during the hiring process.
