Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starlings clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.
Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in maternal mental health. What youll do
As a Seven Starling Therapist youll provide compassionate evidence-based care through teletherapy for clients navigating the perinatal journey. This is a parttime salaried position expected to average approximately 25-27 hours per week with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.
Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments). 24 client appointments per week
Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT ACT IPT attachment-based approaches)
Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests
Who you are
Independently licensed in California (e.g. LCSW LMFT LPC LPCC Psychologist)
At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferably in perinatal or womens mental health
Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms EHRs and telehealth best practices
Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
