Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a respected Indiana based credit union in its search for a Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager.
This leadership role is responsible for managing a $50MM commercial portfolio originating $15MM annually in new commercial loans and driving deposit and Treasury Management growth. The VP will provide oversight of the credit unions Member Business Lending (MBL) policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and performance targets.
As a key leader in the Business Services division this individual will also maintain a strong presence in the community through board involvement and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the commercial business efforts in the assigned region
Manage and grow a high-performing loan and deposit portfolio
Originate new business including loans deposits and Treasury Management services
Ensure compliance with MBL policies and support continuous process improvement
Engage with the local community through service and participation
Support and guide Business Services team toward achieving strategic goals
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field
58 years of experience in commercial lending or business services
Proven track record in portfolio management and new business development
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
NMLS registration required
Must use a personal mobile device for secure business communications
