Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Manager
Location: Riverside CA
Job Type:Full time; Onsite or Hybrid
Schedule to be determined: Rotating 4 days on-4 days off;10-hour shift; Weekend availability is required ORschedule of 4 days per week; 10-hour shift
Salary range:$100000.00 - $140000.00 Annual Salary

Job Duties
- Help build a team of Physical Therapists supporting each Lifekind Health clinic.
- Evaluate patients physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
Qualifications
- Doctorate or masters degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to physical therapy practices.
- Ability to develop effective discharge plans for patients.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports industrial orthopedics or pain management is preferred.
