As our HR Advisor you will be the go-to expert for all things people-related. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations you will be involved in the full employee lifecycle. You will advise on:

What Were Looking For
We are looking for a skilled HR professional with a strong track record in advisory roles backed by CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience. You will bring expert knowledge of UK employment law excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with managers. Most importantly you will be driven by a passion for creating a positive inclusive and productive workplace.

This is a part-time role with flexibility around working hours. We anticipate between 20 to 25 hours per week and are open to discussing a schedule that works for both you and the team.
