Job Title: PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Lettings
Location: Bristol BS9
Salary: OTE 30000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

We are representing an established property management company who are looking for an experienced and talented residential Property Manager to join their responsive team at their Bristol Head Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied but demanding role working closely with a small but highly effective Property Management team with responsibility for contractor coordination compliance and delivering top-tier service to both landlords and tenants.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Respond to reactive maintenance reports from tenants
- Liaise with block managers on communal issues affecting tenants
- Process checkout reports and coordinate bond deposit repayments
- Proactively organise certification to ensure compliance across the portfolio
- Instruct contractors and follow up on works orders
- Maintain high standards of customer service to all clients
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in Property Management or Property Administration (essential)
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Process-driven with a positive can-do attitude
- Knowledge of Vebra Alto
- Experience working with Build-to-Rent (BTR) portfolios
