What Youll Do

  • Deliver actionable insights to improve sales execution and support strategic decision-making across the field.
  • Own RTB cadence with regional sales team driving forecast accuracy through rigorous inspection of pipeline health opportunity progression and lead conversion.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales processes / systems and remove operational friction. Optimize CRM usage and reporting frameworks to streamline workflows and enhance data visibility.
  • Lead preparation and execution of Sales QBRs ensuring alignment on performance metrics strategic priorities and operational initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance and GTM teams to ensure planning processes are data-driven and scalable. Support territory design quota setting and annual sales planning to align resources with growth targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional operations team to facilitate knowledge transfer of high impact deals influencing resourcing strategies to support accurate demand analysis
  • Provide strategic recommendations to influence roadmap decisions and go-to-market approaches.
  • Monitor contractual usage delivery activity and renewal patterns to identify retention risks and growth opportunities.

What you need to succeed

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with familiarity building models and exec-facing presentations
  • 5-7 years of outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills including conducting research analyzing data developing hypotheses and synthesizing recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and building structure around abstract problems
  • Understand the big picture and prioritize issues objectively focusing on specific details.
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work
  • Curiosity initiative and the desire to experiment
  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology
