Autism Together is one of the countrys leading providers of services and support to autistic people and their families. It is an exciting time to be joining the charity within one of our Residential location in Bromborough Wirral as we are looking to organically grow the team.
What you will be doing Youll be working with a warm friendly team based within one of our Residential locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support helping them to live independently within their local community. Supporting individuals within their home environment along with daily activities appointments and personal care this role you will be supporting individuals with complex needs to promote their wellbeing and independence.

Regular communication from management
Sleep ins: Some of our locations require staff to undertake sleep-in duties. These are payable at 60 per night.
Overtime pay: Overtime is available at an additional 1.20 per hour weekdays or 2.00 per hour weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay.
Rota: Typically over a 3-week rota and includes evening and weekend working.
Hours of work:
35 hours per week 8 pm -8 am
Our ideal candidate will be patient inspiring and sensitive to the needs of vulnerable people. They should have experience working with autism and complex care needs and the ability to motivate others and provide high-quality support and care.
