Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Euronext Corporate Services and Admincontrol. The position will be based in Paris. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
About the Role:
The Business Development Manager - Board Management Portal will focus purely on new sales in the French market.
You will be responsible for selling Board Management Portal solutions to businesses in all industries with a professional Board and Management/governance structure communicating directly with the Board of Directors and Management. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of Board Management Portal (BMP) solutions and their use cases with excellent communication and sales skills.
You will identify prospects manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing building relationships with clients to ensure successful adoption and retention of the Admincontrol BMP platform.
Your core responsibility is to grow the Admincontrol business in France and you will be based within Euronext Corporate Solutions (ECS) and work in close collaboration with the ECS team in Paris as well as Admincontrol. This role pulls on the dynamic scale-up culture and strength of Euronexts pan-European platforms where you will have significant freedom to influence the businesss development.
You will be primarily responsible for:
New Sales development to key potential clients and stakeholders in the French market
Work collaboratively with Euronext Corporate Solutions (ECS) and Admincontrol to align go-to-market and product efforts
Identify growth opportunities build a sustainable sales pipeline and drive revenue expansion
Serve as a key contributor to Admincontrols and ECSs commercial success in a strategic growth market France.
Your Profile:
Sales Experience: You have a proven track record in B2B sales ideally within SaaS technology or financial services. Experience selling complex solutionssuch as board management portals cloud platforms or secure document management systemsis a strong plus.
Governance & Industry Knowledge: Experience with governance solutions especially board management portals or boardroom software is highly valued. Youll ideally also be familiar with industries that might use virtual data rooms such as M&A legal real estate private equity or finance.
Consultative & Relationship Sales Approach: You know how to dig into a customers real needs and tailor your approach accordingly. You focus on building value and long-term relationships not just pitching features.
Technical Understanding: You are comfortable with SaaS solutions such as board management portals document management and secure collaboration toolsand can explain these solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong Communicator: You are fluent in French & English (written and spoken) and confident presenting to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
Skilled Negotiator: You know how to navigate pricing terms and contracts in a way that closes deals and builds long-term trust and relationships.
Tools & Processes: Youve used CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to track pipelines manage leads and report on performance.
Driven & Self-Sufficient: You are highly motivated by targets self-motivated and used to working independently as well as collaboratively.
